About Linden Tree Counseling & Consulting
Our Mission
At Linden Tree Counseling & Consulting, our mission is two-fold. We strive to alleviate emotional suffering and improve our clients' lives through highly-effective and evidence-based modalities and interventions. We are also invested in strengthening our mental health provider community by guiding up-and-coming clinicians on their professional journey toward full licensure.
Counseling Services
The unique combination of tools at our disposal ensures our ability to address wide ranging issues, from responding to life stressors and the resulting anxiety and depression to the profound impact of trauma and the pervasive discontent of dysfunctional relationships. We provide individual counseling to all people, ages 10 and older.
Therapeutic Groups
Therapeutic groups are a powerful force for healing and change, allowing individuals to not feel alone with their troubles and to receive important feedback and heartfelt support from other groups members. Please click below to see which groups we are currently enrolling for. The specific groups offered and their start dates depend on the number of clients who commit to enrollment.
Consulting Services
We are passionate about supporting new generations of clinicians by fostering professional growth and skill mastery, as well as facilitating self awareness and addressing personal barriers. We consider the stage of professional development of each clinician, and help them design goals specific to their desired setting, population, modality, or issue.
Continuing Education Trainings
Our trainings and workshops center topics related to trauma-informed treatment, with a particular focus on complex trauma, intimate partner violence, and structural dissociation.

- Individual counseling session -- $120 (60 minutes)
- Therapeutic Group Intake & Session -- $ 70 (90 minutes)
Supervision & Consultation
- Individual supervision -- $90 (60 minutes)
- Dyadic supervision -- $70 (60 minutes)
- Group supervision (4 members) -- $50 (120 minutes)
